উপকারিতা:

ব্যবহারবিধিঃ

✔️ রাত্রে ঘুমানোর ১ ঘণ্টা আগে একটা ভালো মানের ফেসওয়াশ দিয়ে মুখ পরিষ্কার করে নিবেন ।

✔️ এরপর পরিমাণ মতো ক্রিম নিয়ে আলতো করে ম্যাসাজ করবেন যে পর্যন্ত  ক্রিম টা স্কিনে মিশে না যাচ্ছে।

✔️ সারারাত রেখে সকালে উঠে ওয়াশ দিয়ে মুখ ধুয়ে ফেলবেন।

✔️ পাশাপাশি টোনার ব্যবহার করার চেষ্টা করবেন। ( টোনার স্কিনের ক্ষতিকারক ক্যামিকেল এবং ব্যাকটেরিয়া দূর করতে সাহায্য করে )
